As I am a young American with a home in this beautiful country, I am proud of that. Should be! Everybody else from different nations should feel exactly the as. We are proud of a nation that has taken on human rights and its citizens, even though they really haven't done anything about it lately. This is a part I am not very proud of. Some of the things made public in the US and actions that were taken really hasn't helped its image, and that of other countries in the world. But anyways, enough talking about politics in this piece! The internet is a big place. It has been growing at a rapid rate since the 90's. Also, to categorize blogs or websites belonging to a particular location or nation is ridiculous. I mean someone from Siberia in an igloo can access any blog that will be featured here. It's as if trying to separate American sand from the world. Sand is sand. Trying to distinguish between them is absurd! This article is talking of blogs which are famous and somewhat strange and originated in within the United States. I've been fascinating to look up blogs that have a "funny" smell to them. I actually find them fascinating. Visit:- https://londoneveningpost.co.uk/ They make you read, even in the event that " 'liking' is not on your mind at the moment." This post isn't like the one that says, "Hey, let's learn something new today! " or, "Let me brush my memory and clean those focals on that particular topic" so-to-speak. Everyone likes to laugh every now and then. If it were so grave, damn. We don't know exactly how the world will function. Let's break away from the norm and caste and enjoy the blogs being published here. 1. The Onion It's been placed at the top spot. It's pure American stupidity! It's actually hilarious. A blog that publishes articles that mock anything unusual that's occurred in the US and throughout the globe. There are videos on YouTube that has fooled, by the thousands. I was misled by a video telling about the way Justin Bieber was found dead. However, I discovered that it was a fictional story. LOL 2. Fail Blog A "fail" blog. Did it fail as an online blog? Naw. These kinds of blogs are truly funny! I mean it's really fun to go through the blog and find hilarious articles and headlines. Like I was going through and reading some of these headlines I saw, "Changing a Tire FAIL", "Nothing is responding" What happens in Vegas disturbs me greatly" as well as "Yo-Yo Skills Gain". It was established in 2008 and then bought a little later through the Cheezburger Network. I took this excerpt from Wikipedia on how it became a household name. Fail Blog "really started to take off when the financial industry decided to - ahem - fail." 3. PEREZ HILTON Seems like a too sunny day over at this blog. I love it! The header and the style of it! Pink Yo! This blogger is one famous blogger. Every blogger has heard of his name and blog! Check this out. He stated about blogging "because it seemed easy." I think it's true in a sense but to actually make it grow is like trying to count the number of hairs on your head! Not to easy, eh? The blog is a source of the most recent celebrity news and gossip surrounding it. It has caused some controversy in the world. Still, a it's a pretty sick blog Perez. 4. The Daily Beast A political blog. Not quite a fan, but hey "it's time to make some of the politicians!" They don't do anything! It seems similar to Perez's blog. This time it surrounds itself in the world of politics. 5. Mashable Hey. I know this one! Dude? What's this weird one? There was no need to add this one to mock! I really enjoy this blog, since it's exactly like the content it provides to my blog. I chose to add Mashable because they've worked tirelessly to create amazing content with a humorous tongue within it! It was deservedly here! They discuss the information on social media. "but also covers news and developments in mobile, entertainment, online video, business, web development, technology, memes and gadgets." - Wikipedia Go check it out! You'll love it! 6. Brain Pickings Haha I love the design. Toothpicks being pulled from the head of a man. Another blog I'm not familiar with. Based on what I've seen it's a blog that assists us to discover something new about the world or enthral our mind with an amazing feat! Creative stuff there! 7. Laughing Squid Like the blog we have just seen above us. People who are creative like me have a lot to learn from these two. Don't be lazy, I went the About page to find out precisely what this blog is all about. "Laughing Squid features interesting art, culture & technology from around the web." That's all we need to be aware of! 8. Pink Sith The header! Is it Darth Vader with boobs! I'll admit it, this is the first time I saw Darth Vader changed to somewhat like a lady! It's pretty cool anyhow! The blog is written and controlled by Elvira and includes articles on makeup and cosmetics. Ladies? 9. TreeHugger No! This blog isn't about the environment, or the fact yo hug some trees! No! The name also caught my attention. It's a sign to me to mention this. Choose a memorable and distinctive name for your website. It's a bizarre psychological strategy which can draw users to your website. It always gets me. A creative name always has me wondering about what the site is about. "TreeHugger is the leading media outlet dedicated to driving sustainability mainstream." 10. Boing Boing A quite familiar blog to some of you, since it was founded around 2000. It was fascinating to learned the fact that Boing Boing was first a magazine. It later became the web, and finally the blog.
